The idea
Tidying up is not enough any more.
A house that needs work sells for less than it should. Buyers walk through, add up everything that has to be fixed, and take far more off the price than the work would actually cost.
Most people do not want to spend money fixing up a home they are about to leave, and most people do not have it sitting around either. So the house goes on the market as is, and somebody else collects the difference.
We know this work and we have been doing it in Southern California for years. We help you work out the minimum that needs doing to get the most money, we cover the cost up front, our own licensed contractors do it, and we handle the sale. You pay nothing until it sells.

We come take a look
We walk the house with you and tell you what it would sell for as is, and what it could sell for once the work is done. It costs nothing and you are not signing anything.
Step 02
We agree on the work
You see exactly what we would do, how long it takes, what it should add and our share of the profit, all in writing before anything starts. Nothing happens until you say yes.
Step 03
We do it and we pay for it
Our own licensed contractors handle the remodeling and we cover every bill as it comes in. Nothing comes out of your pocket, and nobody asks you to manage anything.
Step 04
It sells and you collect
We get the house ready to show, list it, and handle the sale through closing. Our share comes out of the profit and the rest is yours.
